The
Our inaugural research project connected the In Common™ team to Second Generation Americans – individuals that know what it means to be caught between two worlds, and create new ones. We leveraged qualitative and ethnographic research and co-creation methods to unearth unique insights that will continue to shape the In Common™ Manifesto and be shared with our network.

Second Generation Millenials

experience belonging in entirely unique ways. They aren’t given a roadmap for what life looks like and are tasked with creating a new path for themselves. They are bridging from the culture their parents share with them to the culture they are surrounded by.
